Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. After this window, your order may already be processed and cannot be canceled.
